Iyengar Yoga with Uday

Uday Bhosale is a Level 3 Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher based in Reading, Berkshire. He spent 15 years studying, practising and teaching at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute (RIMYI) in Pune, working with the Iyengar family.

Uday now teaches internationally through workshops, conventions and retreats, alongside his regular online classes. His pop-up Reading workshops provide a local opportunity to practise with him in person.
