Which Class Should I choose?

Currently all classes (except 1-2-1 sessions) are conducted online and a 2-week recording access is given to all participants.If you are new to Yoga or my classes I advise that you write to me first.

 
 

General abilities classes

Suitable for all levels of experience in Yoga. Variations are provided for both less and more experienced practitioners during the class. Since the classes are conducted three times a week - the continuity helps deepen the practice even more.!

intermediate classes

Suitable for at least 2 years of Iyengar Yoga experience with ability to do inversions. We work on some finer aspects of practice during the session and work towards advanced poses or themes.

active classes

This class involves jumping and active sequences. It is a fast paced/strong work based class.

restorative & pranayama

Suitable for people with 1 year of Iyengar Yoga practice as we explore finer aspects of the breath work - Pranayama during the class. Props may be necessary when participating in the classes
