When online, it is up to the individual to assess whether they are ready for the class that they have chosen. If you suffer from specific injuries or disease it is best to consult with your physician first.
Similarly, if you are pregnant, follow the recommended practice only. The practice of yoga asanas requires you – the practitioner – to gauge the safety of your practice within your personal physical limitations. It is better to build up slowly than to force and strain.
I am providing this programme/sequence for use by my existing yoga students only.  They are not intended to substitute for proper medical advice. Consult your physician before beginning any new exercise program. In following this programme/sequence, you agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which you might incur as a result.
If you are attending an online class, you are responsible to make sure that you can see and hear the class properly on your device and also that you position the device in such a way that you are visible to the teacher.
Please note, if purchasing/accessing an on-demand session, it is a pre-recorded session and cannot be adapted to suit any particular requirements you may have. In the absence of any negligence or other breach of duty by your teacher, participating in this yoga class is entirely at your own risk.All class fees are non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of the class start time unless the class is cancelled by us. You can reschedule the booking any time up to 1 hour before the class. If you wish to reschedule a class you can do so by clicking on the Change/Reschedule link on the class confirmation email to another class with the same price up to 1 hour before the class.
